Leadership Fairfax:
Sounia Nejad Chaney, President, graduated from the Leadership Fairfax Incorporated
program - Class of 2002. Her group organized a one day Emergency Preparedness
and Crisis Management program featuring hands on demos, expert presentations,
stress management issues, and the first annual LFI Firehouse Chili Cook Off (June 2002.)

International Informix Users Group:
Sounia Chaney was elected to serve a fourth term as a member of the
International Informix Users Group's board of directors, representing over 16,000 members
worldwide. Informix is an object oriented database suite which is owned by IBM (September 2002.)

SUN Certification in Java:
Michael Chaney, Technical Director, passed the SUN Java Certification Exam.
He has been working with Java for over six years (August 2001.)

ColdFusion Certification:
Michael Chaney, Technical Director, was awarded with the Macromedia
ColdFusion programmer certification. He has been working with the technology
since beta version (January 2001.)

Sounia Nejad Chaney, President, attended the one day Government Contracting
class offered by UNISYS Federal to learn more about the subject and become a
better governement subcontractor candidate (August 2001.)
