Sounia Nejad Chaney, President and CEO of ChainLink Networking Solutions,
Inc. was appointed to the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce
Board of Directors. The appointment, made by David Guernsey, the
upcoming Chairman of the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce Board
of Directors, will continue through July 2001. In addition to her
regular duties as a board member, Ms. Chaney will serve as a captain
of the board Outreach program. Her company which was founded in
